Documentation: step-by-step guides
Each guide follows a real journey through the application, screen by screen. The screenshots come from a demonstration database in which the buildings, addresses, tenants and amounts are fictitious.
All the menus are in the Immo application of Odoo. The last three guides describe the modules of the owner-occupier Portfolio, which also install on Odoo 19 Community.

Portfolio
Read a building, create an allocation key, change shares at an effective date
Leases
Read leases by status, decide on a renewal, monitor invoicing, book a storage unit
Indexation
Load an index series, generate, validate, notify and apply indexations

Classify a service charge, draw up a service charge statement, recharge the property tax (précompte immobilier) advance, calculate management fees
