Configuration labels stay in your four languages with every update

A lease type, an installation category or a closing reason renamed by your agency stays as renamed, in every language in which your users read it, even after a TSC Immo update.

The principle

An agency or property manager working in French, Dutch, Portuguese or English installs TSC Immo, then receives updates over time. The configuration labels supplied with the solution must follow each user's language, without an update erasing what the agency has renamed in its own way.

With each update, the supplied labels that you have not modified are updated in all four languages. The ones you have renamed remain yours, in every language in which your users were already reading them.

What is covered

Lease types, closing reasons, lease articles and plans, installation categories and maintenance team, indices, sequences, and the maintenance reminder email template.

The proof

Field-by-field comparison between an updated database and a new one: 49 fields across 47 records differing before the fix, 0 after, apart from the four labels renamed by the customer, which are kept as they are. Demonstration data.

Cases covered

  • A label renamed in a single language stays renamed in that language, while the others continue to follow the update.
  • A record deleted by the customer is not recreated by the update.
  • A second update no longer changes anything that has already been processed.

What it replaces

Manually redoing around fifty configuration labels, database by database, after every update, with the risk of overwriting the ones the customer had adapted.
