Seven steps, from demonstration to the first full cycle

1. Demonstration and scoping

   We show you the solution on a demonstration database, then we review your cases together: ownership structure, lease types, how you allocate service charges, files kept today. The scoping states what is covered as is, what is a matter of configuration, and what is not covered.

2. Installation on your Odoo 19 Enterprise

   TSC Immo installs on an existing or new Odoo 19 Enterprise instance. Modules are activated according to your needs: tenant support, maintenance and property development are optional.

3. Portfolio configuration

   Owning and property management companies, sites, buildings, units, allocation keys and shares, service charge types, journals per building, analytic accounts. Keys are checked: each key is balanced, and a share not allocated to the owner is an explicit choice.

4. Migration of leases and indices

   Migration of current leases, their key dates, rents, starting indices, rent steps and service charge advances. Index series are fed by file import or by retrieval from the Statbel source, after checking the base and the indicator of each series.

5. Acceptance on your real cases

   We replay known cases with you: last year's indexation, a statement already prepared on a spreadsheet, a move-out mid-quarter. The results must match, or the difference must be explained.

6. Training and start-up

   Training by profile (rental manager, service charge manager, administrator), with the step-by-step documentation of this site. The scheduled tasks (indexations due, key dates, renewals, maintenance reminders, retrieval of indices) are activated one by one, with full knowledge of what they do.

7. Follow-up

   After start-up, we support the first full cycle: first indexation campaign, first service charge statement, first year-end closing.
